Rule #1: I want you to be
happy with your purchase for years to come.
Rule #2: Nothing takes
priority over Rule #1.
- Prices shown are the total
prices per item- no adders, add-ons, tax, shipping or
other charges *.
- Any product damaged or found
to be defective out of box will be repaired or replaced
promptly. Freight damage must be reported by phone, fax
or email within 24 hours of receipt so we may initiate
replacement and contact the carrier.
- Returns for exchange will be
given 100% credit toward the purchase of another clock of
equal or greater value.
- Returns for exchange for an item of lesser
value may be subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee.
- Order cancellation is permitted with 100%
credit/refund provided the item has not shipped. If the item has been
shipped, it is subject to a 5% restocking fee provided the carton has not been
opened.
- Clocks customized with
engraving are not returnable. This does not apply to a
clock ordered with an engraved nameplate. In such a case,
only the nameplate is not returnable unless it has been affixed to a
base in which case the base is non-returnable.
- Custom-made clocks are
returnable only with the consent of the factory. A
restocking charge may apply.
- Straight-across returns of opened items
without an order for a different item will be
subject to a 10% restocking charge.
- Returns which are missing parts will be
credited less the cost of replacing the parts which were not returned
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are not
refundable.
- Any product returned must be
undamaged and re-stockable as new. All returns are subject to
inspection. Those fitting re-stock criteria will be
credited as above. At our option we may offer to accept a return which
does not meet the restocking criteria herein, subject to a percentage
charge.
- Returns will not be accepted of any item
which has been modified or which is not accompanied by its original carton
and packing materials, key, screws and instructions (when applicable).
- Requests for returns must be
made within 30 days of shipment.
- All clocks are covered by a
manufacturer's warranty. A written bill of sale will be
furnished on ALL purchases as proof of warranty. Should
warranty service be required you may contact either me or the
factory for assistance.
- All clocks sold are 100%
genuine, new, unused and with traceable serial numbers
and in factory-sealed cartons.
- Your address, name, phone
number and email are NEVER sold, loaned, given away or
used inappropriately - ever.
- Your satisfaction is of
paramount importance to me. I want you to look at your
fine Chelsea Clock years from now and be pleased not only
with the clock but with the transaction as well. It is my
goal to create a pleasant, memorable purchasing
experience for all of my customers.
- I strive to offer great deals on the finest
clocks made while providing an unparalleled level of knowledge, expertise,
experience and customer service. There may be some no-name, no-contact
websites selling for a little less but they often provide very little in
terms of customer service. I respect my customers and I respect this fine
product and I will never leave a customer "hanging". I will always be
available for any problem, question or concern you may have. That's my
promise to you.
